Becoming a member

DeReÆd-IncipitWhy becoming a member:
– because becoming a member means adhering to one of the most active no-profit associations in the field of the scientific and philosophical, linguistical, historical, artistical, philological and literary research on the roots of the European civilization, on the classical knowledge, on its present importance, on the Italian and European Humanism and Renaissance;
– to be in the front row for the processing of projects and ideas, to take part in their realization, to gather, discuss and spread them, or simply to be kept informed about contents and news through the Association’s website, the bimonthly newsletter, the «Albertiana» journal and the other SILBA’s publications, conferences or seminars organized by or in cooperation with SILBA…;
– to receive regularly and timely the «Albertiana» journal and to take advantage of special conditions for the purchase of all the publications curated or sponsored by SILBA, or published with its support;
– to be timely kept informed about conferences or seminars organized by or in cooperation with SILBA, and to be granted a free submission;
– to be in touch with the persons in charge of the various SILBA’s initiatives and to be sure that your proposals – included those regarding personal participation and publication – will be evaluated and discussed with fairness and professionalism.

How to adhere: by downloading the membership form from the MEMBERSHIPS & PAYMENTS menu, filling it, paying in one of the ways detailed in the form and sending the form by mail, together with the payment receipt, to SILBA’s headquarters, or by e-mail to lbasoc@msh-paris.fr.
